Obtaining planning permission can be a complex process.

Before committing to the cost of developing a design and the production of drawings it can make sense to commission a report to help understand whether the development is feasible from a design, financial and planning perspective.

The report will advise you on planning policy, the costs of developing an application, who will be involved and how the application process should be approached.

We can provide feasibilty reports from £375.
